We are currently seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist (Wealth Management), based in Hong Kong.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, source, and attract high-quality Relationship Manager candidates from the private  banking and wealth management industry, using a range of direct sourcing strategies including  market mapping, networking, headhunting, and online searching portals. 
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met 
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department  heads, and employees at all levels.

Requirements

  • A solid 5+ years of experience in private banker recruitment is a must-have. Experience in private  banks or executive search firms is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective  candidates. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve  conflicts effectively. 
  • Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating  a team to achieve recruitment goals. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and  employees at all levels.
  • Fluency in English a must and Chinese is an advantage.
