Headquartered in Hong Kong, Raffles FO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Financial Analyst (FP&A), based in Hong Kong.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and  decision-making 
  • Generate timely financial and management reports 
  • Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and  recommendations 
  • Evaluate business results using various operational performance metrics to identify efficiencies and  cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues on analyses, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the financial industry, with  exposure to financial modeling, analysis tools, and process improvement 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), VBA, SQL, and Power BI CPA or CFA certification preferred, but not required
