Headquartered in Hong Kong, Raffles FO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Financial Analyst (FP&A), based in Hong Kong.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and prepare financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Generate timely financial and management reports
Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Evaluate business results using various operational performance metrics to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with finance colleagues on analyses, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the financial industry, with exposure to financial modeling, analysis tools, and process improvement
Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), VBA, SQL, and Power BI • CPA or CFA certification preferred, but not required
