Industry Veteran Joins Leadership Team to Drive Strategic Growth

Hong Kong and Singapore, 11 July 2024 – Raffles Family Office (“RFO”, the “firm”), Asia’s leading multi-family office, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Terence Chow as its Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 2 July 2024. He will also be a member of the firm’s Board of Management.

Terence will be responsible for the firm’s business transformation, business management, risk management, as well as corporate real estate and procurement functions. Additionally, he will lead the firm’s operations and technology capabilities, driving innovation that delivers best-in-class client experience. Based in Hong Kong, Terence will report to Mr.Chi-man Kwan, Group CEO and Co-founder of the firm.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Terence brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his new role. Previously, he held several senior positions at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), most recently as CEO Wealth Management –Asia, achieving significant growth in revenue,Assets Under Management (AUM), and enhancing operational efficiencies. Terence holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, Western University in Canada.
